Ordering custom pallet wrap for the first time involves more decisions than ordering a blank roll off a shelf — but none of them are hard if you work through them in order. Here’s the checklist we walk every new account through.
1. Confirm your wrap format
Are you wrapping by hand or feeding a machine? This decision alone determines roll length and core size — a Hand Stretch Wrap Roll for manual dispensers, a Machine Stretch Wrap Roll or Extended Core Jumbo Roll for automatic wrappers.
2. Pick your gauge
80-gauge covers most general loads. Go lighter for uniform, high-volume cartons, or heavier for irregular and sharp-edged freight. See our gauge comparison guide if you’re unsure.
3. Choose color and opacity
Clear film shows the load and works for most branding needs; opaque film conceals contents for high-value or confidential inventory; high-visibility tints flag oversized or hazard-lane loads.
4. Send your logo and colors
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) print cleanest. No vector file? Send a photo or PNG and our designers will recreate it print-ready at no charge.
5. Estimate your quantity
