Custom Pallet Wrap, Printed With Your Logo
Turn ordinary stretch film into branded, tamper-evident packaging. We print your logo, colors and message onto durable pallet wrap — from lightweight hand rolls to heavy machine film — so every load that leaves your dock protects the product and promotes the brand.
Your logo, on every pallet
Everything you need to know about custom pallet wrap
Custom pallet wrap is standard stretch film — the clingy plastic that unitizes a pallet load — printed with your logo, brand colors, or a repeating message. It does the same job as plain film: holding boxes together, stabilizing loads for transit, and protecting product from dust and moisture. The difference is that every wrapped pallet becomes a branded, professional-looking unit as it moves through warehouses, trucks, and stores down the supply chain, and printed film also acts as a visible tamper and theft deterrent.
Because it is made to order, the right specification depends on your loads and how you wrap. This guide covers the film gauges and thicknesses available, the difference between cast and blown film, hand versus machine rolls, the colors and print options, how the ordering process runs from artwork to delivery, and how bulk pricing works. If you already know what you need, you can request a custom quote at any point.
Branded film works twice — load protection and brand marketing
Plain clear film is invisible to everyone who handles your freight. Custom pallet wrap printed with your logo does the same load-securing job while carrying your name across every dock, truck and store aisle it passes through. Whether you ship to distribution centers, retailers, or direct to customers, printed film makes your pallets look organized, professional, and unmistakably yours.
Brand visibility
Every pallet becomes a moving billboard. A repeating logo or message travels with the load through every warehouse and delivery point.
Security & tamper evidence
Printed film is far harder to remove and re-apply unnoticed, so a broken or mismatched wrap flags tampering and deters pilferage.

Stretch film gauge: which thickness do you need?
Film thickness is measured in gauge in the U.S. (also expressed in mils and microns). Heavier gauges hold heavier, sharper, or more irregular loads without tearing; lighter gauges are economical for light, stable loads. Here’s how common hand-film gauges and roll widths compare.
Film gauge (relative thickness)
80 gauge (roughly 0.8 mil / 20 micron) is the common general-purpose standard for typical pallet loads.
Common roll widths
Narrower 15"–20" rolls are typical for hand wrapping; wider rolls are common on automated machine wrappers.
| Gauge | Approx. mil / micron | Typical load | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 37 ga Economy | ~0.37 mil / ~9 µm | Light | Light, stable boxed loads; unitizing light product |
| 47 ga | ~0.47 mil / ~12 µm | Light–medium | Everyday light loads, retail cartons |
| 63 ga | ~0.63 mil / ~15 µm | Medium | General warehouse and distribution pallets |
| 80 ga Standard | ~0.80 mil / ~20 µm | Medium–heavy | Most general-purpose pallet loads |
| 90 ga | ~0.90 mil / ~23 µm | Heavy | Heavier or slightly irregular loads |
| 120 ga | ~1.2 mil / ~30 µm | Heavy / sharp | Heavy, sharp-edged or high-value loads |
Gauge-to-mil-to-micron figures are approximate industry conversions; actual holding force also depends on film type and quality. We’ll confirm a spec with your quote.
Cast or blown, hand or machine — built to hold the load
Stretch wrap comes in two main constructions. Cast film is made by a chill-roll process, so it’s clear, quiet to unwind, and easy to work with by hand — a good fit for lighter, uniform loads and clean brand printing. Blown film is extruded and cooled by air, giving it higher tear resistance, better load retention, and more strength on heavy or irregular loads, at the cost of some clarity and a louder unwind.
You’ll also choose between hand film, wound on lighter, narrower rolls for manual wrapping, and machine film, wound on longer, wider rolls for automated pallet wrappers. Pre-stretched film is a lighter option that arrives partially stretched, using less plastic per pallet. Which combination is right depends on your load weight, throughput, and whether you wrap by hand or machine.
- Cast film — clear, quiet, easy hand wrap, sharp print surface
- Blown film — high tear and puncture resistance for heavy loads
- Hand rolls — lighter, narrower rolls for manual wrapping
- Machine rolls — longer, wider rolls for automated wrappers
- Multiple gauges — 37 to 120 gauge to match load weight
- Pre-stretched option — less film per pallet, easier handling
Make the wrap unmistakably yours
Full-color logo printing
Print your logo, text, or a repeating message in your exact brand colors along the length of the film.
Film color
Choose clear for visibility, opaque black for security and load concealment, or tinted colors for coding.
Gauge & thickness
From economy 37 gauge to heavy 120 gauge, matched to your load weight and edge sharpness.
Cast or blown
Pick cast for clarity and quiet unwind, or blown for maximum tear resistance on heavy loads.
Hand or machine
Hand rolls for manual wrapping or machine rolls sized for your automated pallet wrapper.
Bulk quantities
Order by the case or pallet of rolls, with per-roll pricing that improves as your volume grows.
Pallet wrap colors and what they signal
Clear film is the everyday standard, but colored and opaque stretch wrap helps with security, color-coding, and brand consistency. Custom printing can be added over most of these. Common uses:

How to choose the right custom pallet wrap
The best film comes down to your load and how you wrap. Use this quick guide to match the load type to the right gauge, film construction, and format.
| Your load / setting | Recommended gauge | Film type | Format |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light, stable boxed goods | 37–47 ga | Cast | Hand |
| General warehouse pallets | 63–80 ga | Cast | Hand or machine |
| Heavy or dense loads | 80–90 ga | Blown | Machine |
| Sharp-edged / irregular loads | 90–120 ga | Blown | Machine |
| High-volume automated lines | 63–90 ga | Cast or pre-stretched | Machine |

One branded film, many industries
How custom pallet wrap pricing works
Custom stretch film is priced per roll, and the per-roll price drops as your quantity climbs. Your final quote depends on four things: film gauge, film type (cast or blown), number of print colors, and total quantity. Larger runs and simpler artwork bring the unit cost down the most.
